John J. DeCaro, Jr. graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1992 from the University of Toledo, College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and Alumni Scholarship recipient. Mr. DeCaro was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1992 and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1994. He is a member of the Lawrence County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. Attorney DeCaro concentrates his practice in estate planning, civil litigation, family and business law. Attorney DeCaro currently serves as solicitor for Volant Borough and the Housing Code Board of Appeals for the City of New Castle.
Charles S. Cusick, Jr. graduated from the University of Virginia with a bachelor's degree in History and Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law and admitted into the Pennsylvania Bar in 1974. Attorney Cusick is a member of the Lawrence County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and a past council member of the Family Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Associations. For more than thirty years, Barrister Cusick concentrated on family law. This encompasses divorce, equitable distribution, child and spousal support, alimony and special economic relief. He has handled various issues affecting minor children, support, custody adoption, dependency and delinquency. Attorney Cusick's general approach in matrimonial cases is to encourage clients to focus on their long-term financial and personal goals, while mitigating the often strong, negative emotions attendant to many divorce proceedings. Attorney Cusick retired in 2019.

Adrienne A. Langer received her Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh in 2007. Thereafter, Attorney Langer graduated with cum laude honors from Duquesne University School of Law in 2012, and she was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar later that same year.
Attorney Langer previously clerked for the Honorable John W. Hodge, and her unique experience working for the judiciary provides clients with a practical, yet aggressive, approach to analyzing and litigating their specific interests. Attorney Langer’s practice focuses on civil and family law issues, including divorce, custody and support, in addition to estate planning and orphans' court proceedings. Attorney Langer currently serves as solicitor for Bessemer Borough, Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County, Lawrence County Association for Responsible Care (LCARC) and Lawrence County Drug and Alcohol Commission (LCDAC).
